Is Adventure Fitness right for me?
If your bored of commercial gyms or not getting the results you want our Commando Outdoor Fitness will help you get there. We also have a range of products we can tailor to your organisation or group. From team building days and survival challenges to mountain expeditions there will be something we can help you with.
Will I be shouted at?
No. Our instructors are trained to motivate and encourage supporting everyone to reach their potential.
What do I need to bring?
Commando Outdoor Fitness requires running trainers with good grip and casual sportswear. For courses a full kit list will be sent out prior to you attending.
What happens if it rains?
Come rain or shine we are out there enjoying the outdoors, its of the experience. If it isn’t raining it isn’t training! Its character building.
What if I have a food intolerance?
Let us know prior to attending of any special requirements you may have.
What age group is it for?
We cater for 6+ right up to after retirement. Our Adventure Fitness kids bootcamp is for ages 8-10. We also have adults classes, mums and over 50’s class during weekdays.
What is a typical class like?
A typical class will compromise of partner exercises, body weight exercises and team games, boxing and weighted circuit training. All classes are varied to keep them fresh and enjoyable.
Do I need to be fit before I join?
Commando Outdoor Fitness is for beginners, intermediate and advanced classes.. Our instructors are specially trained to tailor the session and challenges to each group as required. You do your best and forget the rest!
